Richard D. Spaulding was born on June 11, 1950. He passed away on March 30, 2013 in Bellevue, Washington. He is survived by his loving sons, Edgar Spaulding, David Spaulding and Richard Spaulding, and his loving brother Ron Spaulding as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him
