Frances Margaret Dain was born to Mary Elizabeth (Ross) and David Neish in Sugarite, New Mexico on June 7, 1919. She passed away on April 7, 2013 in Bellevue, Washington. She is survived by her loving daughter Marianne Warner, sons Kenny Dain, David Dain, and Dennis Dain, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
