Jose Manuel Cabral was born to Alda Araujo Lima Cabral and Manuel Cabral on September 23, 1951 in Sao Miguel, Portugal. He passed away on April 9, 2013 in Burien, Washington. He is survived by his loving family, sons Cesar Cabral (Mariah), Carlos Cabral, and Celio Cabral, daughter Dulcineia Cabral, his former spouse Valentina Cabral, and so many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
