Glenn William Keene passed away on April 10, 2013, at the Gene & Irene Wockner Hospice Center in Kirkland, WA. Glenn was born on February 23, 1948, in Kissimmee, FL, to Helen Louise Keene née (Yontz) and Glen William Keene.

Glenn was an electrician by trade and worked for Dominion Technologies Group in Roseville, MI, for many years.

Glenn married his high school sweetheart Shirlene Ann Keene née (Bleau) in 1965 in Roseville, MI. They were happily married for 47 years.

Glenn enjoyed gardening, reading, watching movies and spending time with his family. In his younger years he loved restoring old cars, was an auto mechanic, and later would teach himself all about computers including how to repair them. His love of learning was infectious, and he loved sharing what he learned with everyone.

Glenn is survived by his spouse Shirlene in Seattle, WA, his daughters Tinia (Larry) Miller of Seattle, WA, and Diane (Daniel) Danhauser of Sterling Heights, MI. Glenn also had four granddaughters, Crystal (Maurice) Cunningham of Warren, MI, Nicole (Eric) Watz of North Branch, MI, Jillian and Emily Miller of Seattle, WA. He also had six great grandchildren, Maurice, Onisha, Alexander, Andrew, and Dominic Cunningham and Kylie Watz. Glenn had one surviving brother Clayton Keene and his nieces Katie, Laura Beth, and Deanna.

His brother Raymond Keene and his parents preceded Glenn in death.

The family will hold a private memorial.
