Betty Milne Edgar was born on May 16, 1920 in Fraserborough, Scotland to Lizzie Black (Stirling) and James Milne. She passed away on April 11, 2013 in Issaquah, Washington. She is survived by her loving daughters Anne Gillis and Elizabeth Battles. She will be dearly missed.
