Wesley Richard Andreasen was born on May 21, 1936 in Logan Cache County, Utah, to Bessiv Vernie (Reese) and Richard Peter Andreasen. He passed away on April 22, 2013 in Issaquah, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Juanita Andreasen, his son Peter Andreasen, and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
