Joseph Edward Kern was born on January 14, 1977 in Eglin Air Force Base, Florida to Judith A. (LaRose) and Robert E. Kern, Jr. He passed away on April 25, 2013 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his loving family, his brotehrs Peter Kern and Robert Kern, Kimberly Fullmer, and Kathleen Fletcher, and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
