Shuo Chen was born on January 20, 1945 in Beizhen City, Liaoning Province, China to Xiuqin Li and Baozhang Chen. He passed away on October 9, 2013 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Xia Hong Chen, his daughter, and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
