Vicki Lynn Miller was born November 30, 1953 in Chelsea, Massachusetts to Mabel Jane (Fitch) and Leslie Thomas Storey. She passed away October 24, 2013 in Bothell, Washington. She is survived by her loving husband Richard and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
