Susie Jane Belts was born on May 10, 1926 in Three Sands, Oklahoma, to Susie Elizabeth Simon and Frank Elton McCreary. She passed away peacefully on November 12, 2013 in the company of her son, daughter and caregiver Jacqui. She is survived by her loving daughter Elizabeth Belts and sons Don Jr. and Elton as well as grandchildren and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Don.
Memorial Service
