William "Bill" Jones
Bill Jones, 64, of Kirkland, WA passed away December 1, 2013. He was born May 17, 1949 in Seattle, WA to Jean & Bill Jones. Bill, an Eagle Scout and Ballard High graduate, served honorably in the Vietnam war and spent 40+ years working at Pacific Northwest Bell/Qwest. He was happiest spending time with his family, cooking, gardening, and cheering on the Seahawks & Huskies.
Bill is survived by his wife of 41 years, Margaret; daughters Carrie Jones (Joe), Julie Terpsma (Rob), and Katy Hayden (Wes); grandson Zander; sisters Leslie Erickson, Lori Carroll (Jim), Susannah Hartt (Jack) and brother David Jones (Kelly); as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Kellen Jones.
