Colleen passed away peacefully at 2:50 a.m. on December 10th surrounded by her family and friends. She had an illness that showed up Monday at 2:00 p.m. and she passed away the next morning. She always had a smile and a laugh for everyone. She appreciated everyone's happiness and loved to share pictures and stories of her two children, Alex and Kirty & her wonderful son-in-law, Nick. Her two grandchildren, Cade & McKenna who would frequently walk over from next door to see her, always enjoyed whatever activity she could come up with (and they were definitely fun activities as Chris can attest to.) No matter how busy she was with rush jobs for her work, she would drop that if the grandchildren came knocking on the front door. She was very very proud of both of her children and loved them so much. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Chris, her sister Janet Hobbs, mother Marian Moss, mother-in-law Shirley Strand, and many nieces and nephews who she greatly enjoyed. In her memory, in lieu of flowers or charitable contributions, she would want everyone to take some time out of their day and do something with their children, grandchildren or someone they love. Family meant so much to her and she would appreciate others taking the time to enjoy their own family.
