Jeanne Ruth Billett was bron on April 6, 1929 in Mount Vernon, New York to Rose (Kaplan) and Louis Billett. She passed away on January 21, 2014 in Kirkland, Washington. She is survived by her loving family daughter Faye Jones, son Larry Ruschin, grand children Brent, Cassidy, Nicole and great grandchildren Drayson, Alysanna, Luigi and Nico and many other family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
