Radiy M. Slavin was born on February 16, 1926 in Moscow, Russia and passed away on January 24, 2014 in Bothell, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife, Zara & Daughter, Tatiana Hisel. As well as family & friends. He will be very dearly missed by all who knew him.
