Shane Michael DeRushe' was born on May 27, 1982 in Seattle, Washington. He passed away on February 6, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his four Sisters Sarah, Jen, Moinica, Ashley and many other family and friends. Shane will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
