Scott Paul Rogers was born on October 23, 1951 in Tacoma, Washington and passed away in January 22, 2014 in Auburn, Washington. He was survived by his loving Mother; Joyce Rogers. As well as many family members and friends. He will be very dearly missed by all who knew him.
