Phyllis Ivy Foster was born November 19, 1922 in Seattle, Washington to Mary (Martin) and Roy Raymond. She passed away February 16, 2014 in Bothell, Washington. She is survived by her loving children Daniel Foster, Patricia Foster, Charles Foster, and Dawn Cornwall and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
