Billie Joseph was born on February 14, 1944 in West Monroe, Louisiana and she passed away on February 17, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her four loving daughters; Courtney Joseph, Meghan Joseph, Jennifer Cochran & Kristina Joseph as well as family & friends. She will be very dearly missed by all who knew her.
