Phyllis Ferrara was born February 17, 1923 in Staten Island, New York to Mary Ann (Pietro) and James DeRosa. She passed away March 9, 2014 in Issaquah, Washington. She is survived by her loving daughter Eileen (David, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
