Ruby K. Norris was born on March 15, 1918 in Springfield, Wisconsin and passed away on March 28, 2014 in Marysville, Washington. She is survived by her loving nephew; Larry Stenstad Jr. & Niece; Lynn Phipps. She will be very dearly missed by all who knew her.
