Sandra Hibbard was born on June 25, 1942 in Burlington, Washington. She passed away on April 1, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her two daughter Sarah and Adrienne and many other loving family and friends. Sandra will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
