Vicki Dawnelle Orr was born February 24, 1957 in Flint, Michigan. She passed away April 20, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her loving children, Cari Piper, Mikel Orr, Steve Roesher and many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
