Jack Bartlett was born on June 13, 1942 in Inglewood, California. He passed away on April 28, 2014 in Snohomish, Washington. He is survived by his mother Edeleen Bartlett, his brothers William and Richard Bartlett and many other loving family and friends. Jack will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
