Tammy Marie Bates was born on December 18, 1959. She passed away on May 10, 2014 in Bellevue, Washington. She is survived by her daughter Jennifer Bates, her sister Justine Vick and many other loving family and friends. Tammy will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
