Joseph Robert Phillips was born on September 8, 1945 in Ellensburg, Washington and passed away on May 26, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife; Mary Phillips; loving daughter; Tammy Krysinski as well as loving family members and friends. He will be very dearly missed by all who knew him.
