Robert William Nissen was born January 19, 1923 in Ritzville, Washington to Amelia (Koeplin) and Anton Nissen. He passed away June 4, 2014 in Bellevue, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Vera, son David and daughter Robin (Tom), and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
