Charles Paul Foster was born on July 7, 1950 in Saint Joseph, Michigan and passed away on July 28, 2014 in Bellevue, Washington. He is survived by his loving sons; Eric (Janelle) Foster & Adam (Kimmie) Schlipp; grandson Dylan Foster & granddaughter Zoe Schlipp; Father, Robert Foster;2 loving sisters Sharon (Mike) Aboe & Pamela (Paul) Hamann; 2 loving brothers, David (Lauri) Foster & Dan (Amy) Foster; niece Sarah Foster & nephews Jonathan, Zak & Aaron. He was preceded in death by his Mother Erma Foster, his Step-Mother Lula Foster & Step-Sister Debbie Skibbe. He will be very dearly missed by all who knew him.
