Jacob Thomas Milnes was born July 24, 1973 in Spokane, Washington to Norma (Jacobsen) and Tucker Milnes. He passed away August 30, 2014 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Kristen and many other family members and friend. Jacob will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
