Virginia Lee Harlan was born March 3, 1939 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Clara (Berg) and John Phillips. She passed away October 10, 2014 in Shoreline, Washington. She is survived by her daughter Katherine, son David and many other family members and friends. Virginia will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
