Judith Grade was born on February 4, 1943 in Fort Knox, Kentucky. She passed away on January 13, 2015 in Redmond, Washington. She is survived by her sons Daniel and Michael Grade and many other loving family and friends. Judith will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
