Jacqueline Frazier was born on April 21, 1955 in Midland, Michigan. She passed away on January 20, 2015 in Redmond, Washington. She is survived by her husband Robert Stepek and many other loving family and friends. Jacqueline will be dearly missed by all that knew her.
