Cathy Collette Arrington was born May 17, 1947 in Yakima, Washington to Beverly J. (Collett) and John L. Ogburn. She passed away January 26, 2015 in Tacoma, Washington. She is survived by her brother John, and many other family members and friends. Cathy will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
