Jean was born in Bremerton, December 19, 1932 and passed away at Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland, February 16, 2015. She was a 1955 University of Washington graduate, retired from the Marketing Department at Nordstrom's in 2005, and a long-time Bellevue resident. She loved the ocean, poetry, and her precious animals. She always had a smile for everyone and will be very much missed by all who knew her.
Jean was preceded in death by her sister, Kay Smyth. She is survived by her sister, Maureen Moffat, and her children, Kris Petersen, Terry Petersen, and Jordan (formerly Karen) McKenna.
