Eileen Hazzard was born July 13, 1920 and passed April 7, 2015 in Des Moines, Washington. She is survived by her husband Thomas, son Roger, daughter Linda and son, Rusty Hazzard and many other family members and friends. Eileen will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
