He was an excellent math teacher! I enjoyed his class. Condolences to his family.
Mr. Summers was indeed a great teacher. Very patient, and gifted in explaining algebra and geometry to a student who really didn't enjoy math much. Thank you for teaching us.
Took me two times to pass Ms. Summers' geometry class but I did it. How he put up with all our teasing is beyond me. He leaves a memory that will last forever.
I liked Mr. Summers a lot and took a couple of classes with him. He was a mellow guy who didn't expect us to love Math he just expected us to do our work just like any other job. This guy taught me a lot about life with that simple lesson.
I was not a good geometry student but you treated me fairly and with kindness. I remember you with fondness and gratitude and still remember some of what you taught me. Thank you for being one of those teachers that made students feel like they matter.
