Gerald Thomas Harrison died August 7th after his decades long battle with Muscular Dystrophy
Born Aug 21 1950 is Elizabeth City North Carolina to Ann Harrison (McLaughlin) and George L. Harrison Sr. He was raised in Seattle and after graduating from Nathan Hale High School in 1968 he joined the US Army where he proudly served 4 years. He worked for Seattle VA office until his retirement in 1997.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his step mother Lydia Harrison, his brother George L Harrison Jr, He is survived by his sister Wendy, niece Dorothy Ann both of Seattle; his niece Tracy of Port Angeles and many McLaughlin cousins as well.
The family would like to thank his Bothell Health Care family for all their years of loving care and Evergreen Hospice for all of their support

I am the ombuds in Bothell, I many times got to visit him, he would tease me, saying he was so sick, and I said I will see you next visit, he would laugh at me, and want a visit, we talked of many things, he is very smart., liked St Patrick Days
