It is with great sadness that the family of Michael James Propst announces his unexpectant passing on February 28, 2020 in Seattle, Washington, at the age of 68.

Mike was born February 6, 1952 in Renton, Washington to Willis Donald Propst and Lillian Rosa Propst. He grew up surrounded by a loving family in the SeaTac area, where he graduated from Tyee High School in 1970.

Following graduation, he enlisted in the United States Army where he served as a Military Police. Upon returning to Washington, after being stationed overseas in Korea, Mike began building his Chem Dry Carpet Cleaning business, Dander and Daughters.

Mike will be forever remembered by his loving wife of 32 years, Stephanie, his children Frank Ronald Propst II and Alyssa Morgan Propst, his stepdaughter, Marcie Davis, his grandsons, Noah Davis, Frank Ronald Propst III and Madelyn Kimberlee Kelsey Fells, as well as two great granddaughters Aubree and Clover.

He will also be lovingly missed by his three sisters, Linda Snead, Julie Foster (William) and Lori Riddle (Joseph), as well as numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberlee Leifsen and stepson, Corey Kahler.

Mike loved to watch old Western Movies especially with his granddaughter, Madelyn, on his lap, and spending time with his two dogs, Teddy and Ella.
