I'm so sorry I didn't get the chance to meet Uncle Don. He sounds like an amazing man. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Michael Moore is my father. I just found the family this summer but when I heard about Uncle Don he was already gone. I live in Spokane. Gods blessings on all of you during this time.

So sorry for your loss. No words to convey such sorrow. Prayers to you.

Don Moore, my father in law was an amazing man. His sense of humor and quick whit made for many laughs around the family table playing dominos. I still laugh regularly at stories he told over the years. Don was honest to the core, hard working, working many long and extra hours to provide a great life for his wife and daughters. Don was a force to be reckoned with and incredibly protective of his wife and daughters. He was a tall and imposing figure who loved God and had a heart of gold. He would give you the shirt off of his back. In later years of my life he became a force of change in my own life by modeling his honesty, integrity and care of family he had for his own. Values he infused into his daughter my wife Sandi. He is an honorably discharged Air Force Veteran as am I, a kinship of service to our Nation in common. It is a heartbreaking loss for our family and he will be sorely missed but never forgotten. We will see him again one day.
