Our loving mother, Arlene June Kopp, born June 21, 1931, went home to Jesus on June 7, 2022, in Bothell Washington where she lived with her daughter. Arlene formally lived in Warren, Michigan where she was predeceased by loving husband Louis and granddaughter Tara. She is survived by daughters Jacqueline (Robert) Travis and Kristine (Richard) Staten and son Michael (Jane) Kopp. Also, survived by grandchildren Stephanie, Amanda (Brian), Allison (Eric), Andrew, Jason (Kelly), Jenna, Jalina (Matt) and 4 great grandchildren. Arlene loved to work on crafts, had a passion for reading books and maps. Arlene loved her church, Christ Lutheran of Warren, Michigan. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her beautiful smile, wonderful stories and sense of humor will forever be in our hearts. We love you mom. Rest in peace.
As her Driftwood Sculpture teacher, I remember her enthusiasm for driftwood. She always had questions and tried her best to make her pieces letter perfect! She had a flare for how a piece would best be presented, even though it may be the more difficult way. She was very social and we will miss her and her wonderful being.
