The Stelmach family is sad to announce the passing of Leona Stelmach of Seattle, Washington on October 4, 2022 due to complications from renal disease. Originally from Illinois, Lee served the State of Washington as a registered nurse, as well as a counselor and educator for her peers. Over the years of her career, Lee assisted patients with PTSD, mental health issues, and addiction; always listening to the voices of her patients and supporting their recovery. Lee was preceded in death by parents, Lillian and Edward, and is survived by her sister Ann, brother Peter, niece Sara, nephews Peter and Matt, and grand nephew Orion.
