Barbara Ann (MacGlashan) LaFouci Phillips Ketcham

Barbara Ann (MacGlashan) Ketcham, passed away at her home in Monroe WA on July 31, 2023. Born January 13, 1933 in St Catherines, Ontario, Canada, to Mary (Glen) Eglantine (Gravelle) and John Alexander MacGlashan. She married Paul V. Phillips in January 1954 and moved from Merritton ON to Buffalo NY in 1954, then to Grand Island NY in 1956.
Survived by her children, Linda Phillips (Mario Scarpino) of Coquille OR, Timothy (Trish) Phillips of Grand Island NY, Paula Phillips (Tom Bowler) of Nashville TN, Maureen Phillips of Lewiston NY, Shelby Phillips of Tucson AZ and Michol Phillips (Daniel LeMay) of Wilbur WA. Also survived by Stepmother, Peg MacGlashan and sister, Janice MacGlashan Moore, both of Beamsville, ON; nephews William Newcomb of San Diego CA and John Newcomb of Memphis TN, as well as many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her mother, father and brother, John William MacGlashan; husbands Paul Phillips, Patrick LaFouci, and Alvin Ketcham. Barb married Alvin Ketcham in 1990 and they traveled the world together visiting London, Scotland, Italy, and Saipan just to mention a few. They were a wonderful couple and we have missed Al since he passed away in 2015. He was a fantastic father, stepfather, and grandfather.

A private memorial gathering is scheduled for November 17, 2023, at East Lawn Palms, Tucson AZ. The family requests no flowers be sent.
