Beloved husband, father and grandfather Todd Warren Van Dusen, passed away on April 17, 2024, from complications related to Alzheimer's Disease. He was born on October 18, 1947 in Seattle, WA to parents James and Rhoda Van Dusen.
He was a loving husband of 51 years to Michelle (Plumb) Van Dusen. Father to Heather (Jason) and Troy (Missy) and a proud grandfather to Rilyn and Aven. Todd is also survived by his brother Kent Van Dusen (Debbie).
Todd was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Craig Van Dusen.
A 1966 graduate of Evergreen High School and a 1970 graduate of the University of Washington, Todd embarked on a career as a Buyer at Frederick & Nelson Department store in downtown Seattle and later transitioned to sales for various companies before retiring.
He loved the outdoors and traveling. His first trip to Europe was with Michelle in 1971 for 6 months. They took many family vacation trips with the children and then continued to travel as a couple after the children were grown until Todd could no longer travel because of the progression of his Alzheimer's.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Todd's memory.
