Eileen passed away one day before her 93rd birthday.

Beloved mother to Doug (Tina), Rick (Julie), Dan (Sue) & Ron (Michelle); grandmother to Scott (Lindsey), Jason (Shannon), Lindsay, Katie, Quinn, Devyn, Bryce, William, & Weston; great grandmother to Remi Jo, Theo, Greta & Henry.

Sister to Dwayne, Dolores, Edwin & Darrell

Born in Dockton, WA on Maury Island and later moved to Ballard.

Married Gerhard Hippe and raised four sons in Briarcrest and Lake Forest Park.

Worked as a Microbiologist at Northgate & Northwest Hospitals.

Long time member of the Bothell Sons of Norway and for many years volunteered as the Sunshine Reporter for the newsletter, sending sympathy cards to lodge members.

Attended Northlake Lutheran Church in Kenmore.

Seattle Rep & Village Theatre Season ticket holder.

Visited Hawaii and Norway several times.

Lived independently until she was 92 years old.

Loved music, square dancing, family gatherings, sewing, gardening, photography and playing Rummikub with her friends.

She will be deeply missed.
