Clement J. Savaikie passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning at the Franciscan Hospice and Palliative Care Center in University Place.
Born in Pittston, PA, he was the son of Clement and Mary Savaikie. He grew up in Naugatuck, CT, where he attended school. Clement built a distinguished career in aerospace, contributing his expertise to Boeing, Jet Propulsion Laboratories, and RCA before retiring in 2005.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sasun, of Federal Way; his daughter, Emilie, of Auburn; his sons, Clement and Michael, both of California; and four cherished grandchildren.
In accordance with his wishes, no funeral services will be held.
