David Harris aka "Hammer" was born and raised in Seattle, WA to his parents Dan and Clementine Harris, passed away Saturday June 7, 2025 at home with his family around him.
As a young man David worked with auto body work and auto painting and later in 1987 became an apprentice with the Local 86 Ironworkers in Seattle, where he proudly helped build Seattle for over 30 years.
David was a very kind, hardworking, loving and fun to be around person who had a loving family and many dear friends who will miss him greatly. He was honored to be a part of his "Schicksters" group and considered them his family as well.
We will carry his loving concern, sense of humor and his unique view points on life's ups and downs with us forever.
David is survived by his wife Jackie Harris, his daughter Deiona Harris, son Marcus Harris, granddaughter Taylor Johnson, granddaughter Adeline Harris, granddaughter Arianna Harris, his sister Sandy Schlagg and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
